Really? The sales team has gotten so much? Can I ask what? The comment shows your ability in identifying problems within your organization and your ability to lead a sales organization. But then again you failed to recognize the impact of a 8 hour monitoring and a negative ASP on your lead product. Managers are working hard to make it better? How? Some examples please!
