I find this hard to believe...no one has asked me about my driving record. I am taking a flight, and staying overnight in a hotel to interview with a regional manager

Didn't they ask for your license number? Did you sign a background check authorization? That's how they get your driving record.

Haven't seen any talk about salary in awhile. Final interview scheduled this week, so I need to know... is the salary range truly $65K-$90K plus a $20K target bonus? If not, I'd be taking a step backwards from my current position/compensation. Would it be worth taking a small reduction to get into Amgen?

Why would you want to ask on CP? Get the offer first and you will know exactly how much the company is willing to pay you. Then make your decision. Like all positions in large organization there will be a salary range. Someone with experience that the DM really wants to hire may be offered significantly more than someone with little experience. . . . Either way, you'll know soon - offers in a few days. . . .

Right, cause we all got name tags that said which candidate we were and we were all there at the same time. :)

I talked to other reps in the room and asked them where they were from. Didn't you?

Well, yes, sorry, I just thought it was funny the way it was worded. :)

I think some of the interviews were spread out enough. I, at least, didn't meet whomever else was interviewing for my territory.

I had my f2f with the RM and one person from "staffing". A separate 30 minute interview with both. I was told that the top 2 candidates from the DM f2f interviews were being interviewed by them for each position. I was also told that the offers had to be made by next Wednesday at the latest, but that many will hear something before then. They said that the timeline is a 3 day orientation in CA would take place during the last week of August. That would be followed by three weeks of home study with one day of each of those weeks being spent doing a ride along with one of the Senior Bone Health reps that your territory would also cover. Then the last week of September would be spent in CA for training. Oct. 1 will be the 1st day in the field for all new Overlay reps.
