What is the date/timeline for the official change in ownership?

Maybe I missed the memo being on the inVentiv side, but when does it all become official and Amylin becomes BMS? Wondering how that will tie in with the fate of all of us on the contract side.

 

Aug 7 is the timeline for BMS, or they have to file for extension with the SEC for another 30 days, but I feel they already have it done.

 

Interesting. Wondering how long after that till we get an email requesting we stay home for an office day to await an important conference call.

 

Is that not all week long? You can pull the pickle from the jar at the house, and you can also run the race, and finish strong, and run through the tape all from the comforts of your sofa.

I am soooooo tired of the stupid pickle pulling and race running played out sayings by upper management, I'm not usain bolt and I'm going to leave my pickle in the jar until I hear what and If I have a FREAKEN JOB.

This weekend will be tough to relax knowing that next week all will be revealed. . .I'm ready (I think) to see the end of Amylin.

August 15th is the date of the transition unless BMS extends it

 

The expiration of the HSR waiting period satisfies one of the conditions to the tender offer, which will expire at 5:00 PM (New York City time) on Tuesday, August 7, 2012, unless extended in accordance with the merger agreement and the applicable rules and regulations of the SEC.
