I knew Nelson at Novo. Total jerk. Tells stories of his glory days in the Navy. You could tell he enjoyed his rank and probably made everyone including his wife salute him. The dude has problems. Stay away if you are smart.

This site is unbelievable. I worked with Nelson at Novo and he was a class act. High performing DM promoted to a Director of training position if I am not mistaken. Novo has the worst culture I have ever experienced. I don't blame him for leaving. Give him an chance and I bet you will change your mind. Then again, most of the posters here are bottom dwelling reps that have no business being in the industry and try to pull everyone else down to their level.
Greetings... You, sir, are the Tiger Woods of this site - a degenerate, a cad and, most of all, a bore. You remind me of the typical Novo rep - a college graduate from a lower tier (I won't say lowest) college who majored in "business" (sounds fun to ME!!). Sold copiers and then moved on to contract sales. Then made his (the women rarely post here) way into this hell hole. Then they chant the company song, ride the "bull" (Apis, that is...) and sell substandard insulin. I have kept my head down and have fooled everyone. I smile and sing the company tune while distributing fecal and urinary grenades at each and every meeting (even district ones!!). My prayer is that someone catches some type of "e coli" infection at my hands. But I digress... I don't know this "Nelson Rich" gent. But I'd like to meet him and see what, if anything, we have in common...
Nelson Rich eventually joined Sepracor which later changed its name to Sunovion. He was a manager in the Northern Virginia area where everyone knew him to be a horrible, incompetent, bullying, and incredibly lazy manager... and a total jerk, hypocrite and asshole of a person. Sunovion's upper management finally realized that he had been just conning them into thinking he was working and so they fired him a few months ago. You have no idea how people jumped for joy when they got the news that he was gone. As someopne else said before, this guy has very serious psychological issues.... no exaggeration.
