I wonder how many (top producing) reps will have to leave before MK finally realizes that TM doesn't have a clue? The wave of resignations will begin any day and it'll be so interesting to see how management reacts. Will they lower the salary another $10K? Will they adjust comp so people don't end up "owing" the company money? Will quotas be adjusted to make up for the ongoing quality issues? My guess is none of the above cuz they just don't give a crap. Sad, really.
Here is the post. I forgot to paste it. 09-23-2009, 10:50 PM Anonymous Posts: n/a Re: What the ..... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is the absolute worst company to work for as a rep in the Patient Division. Dont believe it? Ask one of the 40 or so reps who have resigned in the last few years! If you still dont believe it then get hired and experience the pure hell for yourself because you deserve it. Any company that uses a comp plan that NOBODY understands that allows for a rep to OWE money back and holds money in a "bank" is the worst. If you dont believe it, get yourself hired, blow your numbers out and have a few months where you drop a few percent but are still way above plan and bam you dont get a payout but instead a negative telling you that you were OVERPAID so far and now owe them. Sounds crazy but it is true. This is real and why we have left. You have been warned and get what you deserve if you want to work here!
Now is the time to pull up your boots and finally get to work. We know you haven't been working all year but you have one month left to finally go out and hit your more than reasonable quota you have been given. What are you complaining about?
It doesn't matter if you hit your quota or not. Management is still going to cash in on the lower number forecasted to investors. They win, we lose...again.
I just ove this company and the management. They aways take care of me and have my best interest at heart. I have been here about 3 months and my great manager reasssures me that they have my best interest at heart. So please quit complaining an we can make this company the biggest and best medical device company in the world and maek a ton of money. When I read the comments of my fellow teammates it almost makes me want to cry.
I will tell you exactly what I am drinking. I am drinking 1 shot of success, 1 shot of positive reinforcement from my manager, 1 shot of customers who think I am the cats meow, 1 shot of a company on the move with great products along with a splash of water.
Now your drink was really cute. I hope you carry popcorn when going to visit customers and say you are popping in. I also hope you carry the millionaire candy bar and tell them your products will make them millionaires and finally I hope you enjoy eating your payday bar as you leave your customer.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????? THOMAS M IS STILL THE BIGGEST DOUCHEBAG IN THE WORLD AND MIKE K IS ABOUT READY TO PASS HIM
This company is full of whining pussies. Keep the rather hilarious banter going though, it is funny to read about the sinking ship!
I can tell you I am no kittie! I have a drink every morning 1 shot of love, 2 shots of can do attitude, 1 shot I don't accept rejection, 1 shot of supportive manager and a splash of water! Yea I rock beacause I can sell and I am Haemonetics!
It looks awfully quite on the board so I am assuming that the people who report directly to me are out working. My expectations are that you work half a day I don't care if it is the first haf of the day or the second. So I guess you are getting my management style and that is perform and be a winner. I feel confident that by putting down CP you are on the road to blowing out your quotas and making some serious change. I will tell you what each of you are winners and the ones that exceed quota I will buy you drinks at the meeting. Now go close an account for the Gipper!
Can anyone share any relevent new info. on this company? A recruiter has called about a job selling the TEG unit...thoughts? What kind of money can be made? How challenging is the position...what kind of benefits come with this? Any serious answers would be appreciated
