Things are definitely changing for the better. We have held strong during these tough economic times and will come out ok.
And what new products have been released? Is Joanne and Lowery still at the top? Are the new marketing people dumber than a bag of rocks? Yeah, just like Obama, hope and change, but it is still a pitiful excuse for a medical company.
I don't think we're on an upswing at all. Take a look at all the people they have hired. Zero with any device experience. No medical experience either. Must be funny seeing one of these turds selling. How many of the new hires will still be here in 18 months or better question is how many of these people will be hitting their number and closing business every month? I wonder how working for Xerox, ADP, paychex and enterprise rent-a-car corelates with successful medical device sales. This is going to be fun to watch.
Everybody had to get there sales experience from somewhere. Many HIGH TIER device companies hire directly from ADP, paychex and Xerox. These are places that you really have to know how to sell to be successfull. Besides, we are basically selling toothbrushes, catheters, cleaning brushes and feeding tubes. Not the most complex sell in the world. So, get over yourself.
Thank you for your input "new hires" and reps from the expansion in 2009-2010. Some of you think that you're all that. In actuality, most of you suck . Stick around here for 15 years or more and then we can talk.
Sounds like some old timer is scared that some young buck from ADP etc etc might kick his/her ass. Old timers need to get over themselves. If you can sell you can sell. It's a brave new world!
any young good rep will leave here after a year or two for greener pastures. If youre young and good, why make shit money selling toothbrushes and feeding tubes? And lets not discount product knowledge, relationships and understanding hospital culture and processes in being successful. As this company now does. You can keep your ADP and Xerox rep. Give me a medtronics, Stryker or GE rep anytime.
