LISTEN UP CRAIG, JAY AND ALL YOU OTHER STOCK HOLDERS AT THE TOP! If you think we are going to run around and bust our ass off so you look good on paper you are wrong! If you are not going to communicate anything to your sales force you are all dumber than I originally thought. It's the REPS that have given you the success this company has right now not you! The reps and our relationships, hard work and 10 calls/signatures a day is what is moving business so remember that! Changing comp plans at the end of the quarter will only give you more disgruntled employees.... This company was a great place to work until recently...If we are being looked at than grow a pair and address it. You will be respected overall by the sales force in the long runWe all know it's business. The company is profitable so sell. It would be nice to know that this company will take care of their employees since most reps have no options...Greed is a horrible thing. Remember you were in our shoes at one point....We are the reason why Aqua is doing so well right now....but I'm sure you or the rountable group don't give a shit.

I don't need a crappy retention bonus, I need a job.

Here's an idea, no company wants to buy a bunch of declining assets (products)...why don't we all leverage our relationships and recommend alternative products to our derms over the next few weeks (maybe suggest that Aqua products hit a production glitch and are on temporary backorder). Sure, we'll take a hit in our Q3 bonuses but we'll improve the odds of keeping our jobs if our market shares drop dramatically. <insert evil grin here>

 

The universe will continue to remain in the same shape and progress the same way devine progression has always dictated! The Aqua delivery system has always been part of this progression really, since the beginning of time itself.
