Question for other PSR's regarding OT...

I am so freakin' tired of being told to watch my OT! Believe me, I'm not workin' it because I love the money! If we work it, it's because the job needs to be done, not because we love being away from our families and making less during that time than Jethro down at Taco Bell! Here's my question...Is everybody (All PSR's) getting paid HALF TIME for each hour of OT or is it just in certain states? Pete Donovan in HR says that it is because of the classification of our position that we fall into that little crack where we are only entitled to HALF of our regular compensation during each hour of OT. I've been a PSR for almost 2 years and I have been pissed about this from the start...I argued this issue with HR Dept. at one time and I was told that if I didn't like it, I could always choose to leave the company...I should have, but I really needed that measly little paycheck...anyway, I have finally decided it's time to start searching elsewhere...I want out before the "CLOSED" sign gets placed in the window permanently.

Oh, while I'm thinking of it, I have two more questions:

    1. Since we are all anonymous, anybody (PSR) mind telling me what you make? I started out here at $33,200 and have had no performance review or raise yet.

    2. Does anybody know what job Fishman took...Florida is all I know...

    Thanks!
