Can someone tell me if it's normal for the RSM and SAM to go all over the geography together? I thought after the introduction period the idea would be for these SAM's and RSM's to split up and cover twice the accounts. It's not happening in at least one case. There is no reason for BOTH of them to be going to the same events and same dinners every week. It's not a good use of valuable resources and its starting to look and feel a little weird. If we need a RSM and a SAM at the same place at the same time the we are definitely not hiring the right people for these roles.
I guess if you have SC's that are incompetent, it takes both the SAM and RSM to bring the accounts up to speed. If your accounts are ordering because of your RSM and or SAM, why do we need you? I try to keep my manager informed but out of my way. I can do this job just as good or better than her. If you can't, then maybe that's why you are being double teamed.
Oh boy!! The MA Team is just fantastic this month aren't they everybody? On the count of 3 everybody give Patti and her never ending shadow Scott a big hip hip hooray! You think she's a pain in the ass now, wait til she misses a month! This won't be fair, that won't be fair, somebody entered the orders wrong, why did they get that and I didn't. You'll see. She's a real pro and go getter until she has to blame everybody else but herself. Enjoy that tiny bonus check too! 110% and you get a whopping $1000 extra for spending 90 hours a week driving us crazy!!! How much extra money is 10% over district quota? About $50k and RSM gets $1k extra? That SUX! Lets see if your blind loyalty gets you a break on March quota. That will be a NO! You could even miss your quarter by loading up Feb like you did. Not smart!

She has no confidence in her people to do their job so she does it for them! It's rediculous!
Hey other SAM's, don't believe for one second that SV is doing a damn thing to contribute to the MA performance. He is just trying to hold on to PG's coat tails as she single handedly is selling all of these accounts like no one else can do. He's an idiot.

This thread is funny. I was thinking the same thing. If we have SAM's then why do we need RSM's and visa versa. Our SAM and RSM are usually together. They seperate every once in a while but its usually because the SAM wants to stay close to home! it's a total waste of somebody's time and I can tell you, we don't need our SAM at all. He's a total tool and does nothing to make our accounts better performers.
MS, your new SAM, will show his true colors soon. He is lazy and hates being away from home. If he has to travel, good luck folks! He will do it initially, but after that, the excuses start flying and he's rarely where he needs to be. He's an odd dude and you will see what I mean ladies! Heads up!
