I was contacted for an Account Executive position in the Southwest. It looks like they're hiring all over the nation. Any feedback on the company and management would be greatly appreciated. Also, does anyone know the base salary/commission structure for this position?

You can't stay far enough away from this company. No leadership at all. No chance in hell you will hit goal so anticipate living off the crappy base pay.
$300 for your car and cell phone. No 401k.

Applied for the position but didn't get it. The base is 65k and the comission for the year is 65k. The comission is divided out over 4 quarters. No car but an allowance of $300. Cell allowance of $120. All gas paid.

Health insurance and I can't remember if there was 401k.

Coo thing is they don't follow pharma guidelines and you can take docs and their spouses out to dinner, golf, etc

If you're looking at an AE position within this company.......STAY AWAY!!! They don't value their reps at all! The operations team is much more respected than the sales team! The salary across the country is $65k with no annual merit increases ever! In March 2014, they completely changed the commission structure and it is much less than it used to be! Was $2500 for each sale, now its $1k for contract and $1k for implementation. (each paid monthly) It is not easy to hit the quota of 2 deals per month, no matter how great a rep you are. All the Regional Sales Managers are micro-managers and are hounding you every day, to find out what deals you are closing at the end of the month. All the top executives in corporate have recently left and all signs are pointing to the company being SOLD. There will be plenty of new openings, in the next couple of months, because all the sales reps are planning on leaving. The company has a great concept, but none of the customers are happy because they are not making the money that was initially promised. STAY AWAY!!!
