I am considering joining Santarus. What is covered in terms of expenses? Cell phone? Internet? Computer? Office expenses such as ink, paper, stickey notes etc? Lunches at offices (How much is your budget)? How much is taken out on your taxes for the car allowance? Are there regualar reps and contract reps? What is the difference in terms of pay? What does a rep with experience usually start out at? Do the regular reps have gas cards? Do they match on your 401K? Exactly how many employees are at Satratus? How is the insurance? What is the deductible, co-pay etc? How much does an employee pay for health insurance - for one person? I would appreciate some answers if there is anyone out there who can answer...
Ask the hiring manager. Budgets are different for each territory. No one is legally going to post their monthly budget...geez. Insurance deductibles??????? Well, we have numerous plans to chose from with different deductibles to chose from. Like any company.....duh. Yes, we have company and contract reps. We get iPads. Cell, Internet, fax covered. Company car. Gas card. Employees.......look it up yourself on our website.
