TRUE... the economy has EVERYONE by the balls these days, THE EMPLOYERS have the upper hand UNFORTUNATELY but when the day comes that it goes back to an employees market I think MDL, like other crappy companies out there, will have to step up the comp and benefits package or just live with the massive turnover....but there will always be desperate people out there looking for anything....but again that seems to be what MDL ends up with desperate people that have not choice but to work for crap. its sad...

 

Are you sure that SSE's are only getting 50k? You may want to ask some of the new SSE's. AM's at 36k, but I hear different on the SSE's.

Good suggestion, VT. Indicative of how you run a sales force. You just don't "get it". You have no business managing others. You're the type of person who needs to be managed and it shows.
