I have never seen a company like WraSer until...

...now. How in the world do they keep operating? They have continued to screw over us. Their turnover ratio is as high as a giraffe's butt.......In all honesty, I have never seen 2 guys in Wray and Smelser that screw their employees so bad and so out in the open with the commission structure. I think the commission structure has changed 21 times since I have been here, and yes I am serious, I have counted...Well, I'll be off to greener pastures come March, just gotta keep "working" until then...why should I work, when NO MATTER what I do, I can't make over $600-$700 a month b/c of the fraud in the commission structure. If bad things happen to bad people, these 2 guys need to be watching their back every minute.

 

Leopards never change their spots. History has been repeated with those boys time and time again. Turn over has always been high and always will when they know anyone can be replaced with so many newbie anxious to get into pharma. Nothing new here. Good luck working till you can get out.
