The company has been gone a year. Why is anyone still posting trash here? It was great while it lasted and hard to see so many good people still out of work. Lots of slackers gone, but many good people too. But very good to hear the news of those that have found new jobs and new opportunities. I hope you have good news to share soon!
I havn't seen any trash here, only truth. Trash is when one is in an authority and leadership position and "trashes" their reports to their peers and others while justifying it with abuse with no one to answer to. They are at another company now and should never be in a leadership position again. A leader knows how to get the most out of their people without demeaning or abusing them, but using positive motivation and reinforcement. Not threats and bullying as their main management style. Karma will rule on this....
You still blame the wrong person for you ineptitude. Look in a mirror. You couldn't keep you next job either. Go back to being a primary care rep. That's the most you can really handle. You just couldn't handle being told you weren't good at your job. Maybe if you were efforting more to find a job you wouldn't have to obsess about a company that no longer exists. If you believe in karma than you are really screwed where you're an abject failure while they have success and happiness.
Hahahahaha......you have no idea....No blaming here. Only observation. I felt bad for the group of people that were being victimized by a sociopath. Nice try at the analysis sporto, you couldn't be further from the truth.
Many a-holes were at this company......and now have moved on to be a-holes at other companies....or retired to be an a-hole at The Villages!!
