Contract inVentiv sales team. Mostly experienced ex Roche reps. Base is $80k-$100k / year. bonuses base on executions and sales. Mgt ride you a little harder than pharma. It's A pharma job - not many opportunity out there.
What the hell are you smoking? It's low to mid $50K for most reps. They give generous raises of $1-2,000 per year. Salary is based off of your last job, not how well you do. Most of the reps Andy's hired have been fired or let go for lousy sales.
If it's based off last job is it based of last pharma job if you were downsized or the crappy job you took after being downsized just to pay the bills? I was making mid 80's in pharma and then took a job mid 40's. I would certainly expect to be paid more than that.
