Experience, education, motivation and background doesnt play into the success or failure of this company. The problem is systemic, and it can't be changed. This will fail no matter who runs the sales organization. You could have the best implant in the world, you'd need hundreds of millions of dollars and 5-7 years to make a difference.
The market is saturated, mature, and there is little to no organic growth. That means you are in a war of attrition. The most well funded established companies will survive, the little wanna-be Johnny come lately competitors will fail. There is simply nothing wrong with the implants currently ont he market-Strauman, Nobel, Implant Direct, 3I, Zimmer, Astra they have figured it out, and if doctors are not happy with the product they can switch to another large implant companies products. Oral surgeons comprise the majority of the implant market, they don't buy unknown implants. General Dentists don't either, especially from companies like this Intra-Lock who offer no training for GP's who are thinking about starting to place. This company has no Niche, they are trying to be everything to everybody, and that never works. Here is a niche: copycat implants, at a low price. That worked for Niznick. As much as people hate the man, he understands the implant market. These people are just too arrogant and out of touch to be a siccess in the US. Put a chimp or Donald Trump in the VP of Sales position it wouldn't much matter. The market is what it is, no one can change that.

 

This company is run by dumb sons of bitches.

 

This guy is about as incompetant as they come. It is dumbfounding that anyone with a brain would think this guy could be successful. As a representative of the company, he projects an image of a babbling, poorly spoken, porrly educated, inexperienced man. I guess this guy is the best they could do. Lets face it what experienced, successful manager is going to work for an unknown, porrly run startup implant company? Plenty of positions with the large successful companies. This guy Jose is probaby the only one who applied for the position. As a sales rep working for him I am embarassed to even bring him into any potential accounts. If there is even a minute chance a doctor may buy something, I don't bring Jose anywhere near the account.

 

If the POS Marketing manager at this company spent as much time actually doing marketing, instead of posting online they may actually sell a couple implants......Actually maybe not.

 

These products are absolutely impossible to sell, no way no how, regardless of who is selling them, they are essentially unsellable. Its surprising they are still trying. Got to be costing them an absolute fortune to be suffering such a failure.

 

Amazing how much airtime this company gets.
Some people must be really bored including myself to even bother writing this.

 

Not much going on at other companies. Plus, I guess this company has not treated their people too well, thats never good for your online reputation. It makes for some entertaining reading.

 

Shady Shady Shady people. Everything is closed lipped. Makes me wonder why there is always something to hide.

 

Not bored...Just shows the low quality and minimal character people this company hired. Real professionals wouldn't be posting here all of the time. Professionals get a new career and move on.

This company as about as unethical as they come. As a customer, your practice and patients would be in danger. As an employee, your livelyhood and dignity would be at risk. There are plenty of other companies without these risks that people can work for, or do business with. Don't make the mistake of doing anything with this company.

 

I found this website by Googling the company after I saw an ad in one of the dental magazines. After reading the posts here I have decided not to even consider this companies products. Thanks for the honesty and insight.

Free speech? This is an immigrant run company. They don't understand or respect the rights we have in this country. If it were up them they'd do away with that whole free speech thing.

Reoss product line? Does it sell? What are the doctors saying about it, clinically how,does it seem to do? Not much info out there on this product.
