Got the news I did not get picked. I kinda knew it - Two of the three interviews I had were with current DM's at Santarus. Both with very little experience looking for someone to party with at meetings etc. As to your questions - 8 to 10 reps per DM and very large geography. Santarus is also covering its risk by having some of the reps as part of a PSS Contract. The DM's have Santarus and PSS reps reporting into them.
Umm, wrong moron (kinda know why you were not selected). There are no PSS reps. There are InVentiv reps that report to the Santarus managers. There are no PSS reps and no contarct with PSS for reps dummy. PSS is the recruiter for Santurus, period. Next time before you come on here to cry about why your stupid ass was not hired get your facts staright so you don't embrass yourself again. Fucking dipshit.
looks like a pretty standard package as far as total benefits. anyone get word on salary/expected bonus ranges?
DM (1-5 years exp) Salaries decent(95-118). Bonuses (that knowone ever hits) are pitiful (32k). Company only cares about stock going up (not always a bad thing). However, you will get about 1% of the options that VPs & home office directors get at organization based on yearly performance.
