IS Shasta the DM for florida and GA? I talked to here on the phone, she seemed nice. But what do i need to watch out for? And is she hard to work for .

 

look at all the posts for mdl in cf. you'll be in a living hell. how can 99% of employees be wrong?

 

Let me tell you a lil story about managers, not just at MDL but anywhere.....they SUCK and are usually the most incompetent of individuals, well this would sum up the description of SH.....a do nothing who PRETENDS she knows her job, but in reality don't know shit and will throw you under the bus in a minute just to make herself look good and justify her position, however that is ALL managers in my book hope this helps !!

How is she to work for? I know the posts say a lot however, if you do your work will you be left alone?
How about the car? Do they pay for gas? Sorry to aks this question, but i have seen some people say yes other say "no" what is the deal?

 

The car is a Toyota Yaris - go stand next to one and then think about spending 75% of your day in it. That is if they even get you one. After your "90 days" they somehow come up with an excuse not to give you a car for another 6 months or so. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!

 

Not to mention that you are only allowed so many miles per month. If you go over that you won't be reimbursed. If you go over even 1 penny over your lunch per person it will be taken out of your paycheck. You will NOT make any commission based on how crazy they set it up. Read all the different posts.

 

And they dont pay for gas? How insane is that! You would be subsidizing their business and they should be "forced " to pay tax on that.
So , only a "car allowance" of .34 cents and no gas. Most reps will lose money on this arrangement even if you own your car and dont pay a car payment.
Just the fact that you are now putting 12,000 miles on or more will depreciate the car and you are not being reinbursed.
So if you are AM , and you are using your own car ,lets say an Altima.
When you go to trade in that car in 3 years , you will have over 60000 miles and more than half from MDL . You will lose an additional 5k from having the additional 30000 miles from MDL and YOU will lose that money.

 

SH - IMO as useless as they get. NO management experience prior to MDL it would seem, which is very indicative of what you'll be subjected to on her "team." Again, just my opinion but she is the biggest POSER that I have seen pretend to have management abilities. Nearly Worthless Manager + New Employee = Bad Experience. With her head seemingly so far up VT's rear end, you will take the fall when that happens, not her.

Look, these posts about MDL may be partly rants, but there is A LOT of fact here too. Nothing but HORRIBLE experiences for many (most?). Enough said. Form your own opinion.

That's putting it mildly. IMO SH is so tightly wound and full of crap that she must shit diamonds!!! POSER is spot on. Seems to be a typical 'Little Miss Wannabe' to me. Funny how the other RSM all talk smack about her. They must see right through all of her BS too.
