Some of the upper management in the creative department refuse to learn Indesign because they're used to using QuarkXPress, freelancers get a day rate, sometimes very long hours, some senior staff are lazy and don't contribute much other than a lot of hot air and like to leave early and let everyone else stay late. Also, creative tends to be account-driven. It's a shame, this agency could do a lot better.
