First of all, the sales department does not get a Christmas bonus, you are paid a year end performance bonus along with the fourth quarter commissions paid in January. Considering the dismal numbers that were posted this year, none of you should expect anything. If there is a bonus paid, it will be out of the goodness of Dr M's heart.

 

You are so correct and on point. "The goodness of his heart". And what a heart he has!!!! Thank you for pointing this out to all of us.

And now I am going to vomit.

 

His heart is soooo big that he pays 1/2 the government allowance for mileage reimbursement!

 

If you are that unhappy, there are plenty of jobs out there. But then you'll likely find something to complain about your new employer as well I'm sure. Instead of whining and wasting your time on this site complaining, why don't you find something productive to do, like brush up on your sales script or take a look at where you can get new business from. Maybe then you might hit your quota, and have nothing to complain about. Whining is non-productive and won't get you sales.

 

MDL never oils the squeeky wheel. Put up or shut up! You are just a number and can be easily replaced.

UMMMM....Whomever posted to stop whinning is an ahole! I know first hand and I was a really good rep, and still got shit from managment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for petty, off the wall weird crap that had NOTHING to do with sales whatsoever!
