Tragedy at MDL

Yes this morning something very concerning has happened at MDL. VT, who is the target of thousands of post on this board and rightfully so, has been promoted to VP of Sales. This is not a joke, and all who work for MDL shall be concerned even the managers who frequent this board. I know even you managers should be disgruntled with this promotion, I've heard you all say bad things about her. If someone could explain to us how this happens I'm sure we would love to know. I have read these boards many a time but never comment. Much of what is said is often over exaggerated and until today I was indifferent about MDL and had no plans leave anytime soon. However this move by MDL is making me reconsider as it is disheartening to see that a person like VT could make her may to the top. Wow!!!! I don't even know what else to say about this as there is too much to write and now need to get busy getting my résumé together. She is the worst leader I have ever come in contact with and does nt deserve this. It's a sad day at MDL.

 

Em didn't / doesn't like at all the posts people were leaving. He knows exactly what he's doing. Last year he said we were all numbers to him. He's doing this to spite everyone.

 

is anyone aware of any pending or past lawsuits?

 

This is actually great news! As a former MDL and current Quest sales rep my 2013 outlook just got a lot brighter! I've closed several MDL accounts in the short time I've been here and the number one reason is rep turnover! I set it up like hitting a tee ball! How many rep's have you had in the past 2 years? Really that many? Let me show you our test menu and you can order it on the same form you are currently using!

What is the difference between Director of Sales and VP of sales? I didn't know there was a VP of sales. Was there someone in that position before? Will someone be promoted to Director of Sales? Does anyone have any other information?
