Just wondering if anyone else out there has become disappointed at the direction PPD is heading. I feel like the culture is degrading at least in the group I'm working in.
The leadership at this company is garbage. You have to go like 5 levels above me to find an experienced manager or even a phd...the rest are all "drafted" scientists with limited useless technical experience and no real management experience. They keep lying to clients about what we have and what we're doing, overpromising and underdelivering or not even delivering at all when they finally reread the contracts and realize what the hell they signed. And the people they hire are complete garbage. The absolute bottom of the barrel.
So the leadership is garbage. The people they hire are garbage. Why do you remain in such a trashy organization?
