You act like its a bad thing. Reps do their best when you leave them alone to do their job. Don't be an idiot and call them out for what should be a blessing!
Why would anybody call out 1 DM when we all know there are 60+ of us that lie everyday about working and making all of our calls! Who cares who lies - because WE ALL do and you know it!! If you are going to tell me different then you are lying! We all fit the mold of the company we work for! They lie to us everyday!
Again, maybe you shouldn't be an idiot and keep that info to yourself. Comments like that are why ALL OF US have to deal with trackers. You're only justifying their use. Agree about the lying to us part though. Worst part is, they think we don't know.
My manager NEVER works with me and I will never tell on him because I dont want him working for me. We have an arrangement! I dont tell on him and he wont tell on me! So I dont care who asks, I will say yes, he works with me every other month. So go away! I like my arrangement just fine. Fugget about it!
Hey peon. It's not about us managers working, it's to catch you poor ass reps NOT working!! We managers don't work under the same rules as you do. We don't have to answer to You if we don't get to your territory, even if it's 6 or 7 months. Keep your mouth shut and do your job.
Unless someone complains or the district numbers drop, no one will ever question him. Word of advise, if asked, do not lie Those that have lied somehow were ultimately let go as well.
