High cost of employee turnover

I am surprised, or maybe I shouldn't be, that this profit hungry company never mentions the huge cost of turnover! Any good business person knows how this effects the bottom line. A company of 200 people with a 15% turnover rate can cost as much as half a million per year!

I wonder why they keep pushing us out the door? An interesting thought...

They are hiding behind Mars deep pockets. What's interesting is who's NOT getting pushed out the door. Sexual predators, racists and serial adulterers get a pass while decent people get pushed out. The clowns in HR are clueless.

I'm out of this place soon. I have my resume out. Can't wait for the day I can give my notice.

VERY TRUE! I cannot believe what slips through the cracks here. I guess it's easy since the place is covered in slime. It's alright though. Word is spreading about what this place is doing, and the only people they will be left with are the desperate types who can't get hired elsewhere, and the unprofessional hacks. Turnover is very expensive, and RC has done an amazing job of wasting MARS money!

They won't get away with it for long. This is a small minded company that can't handle the transition to a large operation. Sadly, the people in senior management and human resources will sink to unspeakable lows to hide the disgusting things that have gone on. It always catches up with them in the end, and karma is a B*TCH!

I have been waiting for karma for 3 years and it has not happened. I keep hoping. The good people have left or are trying to leave, I think a lot of us have our resumes out there or will soon. How many of us were beaten down at our reviews? I was and came close to telling my manger where he could put his stupid review, but I need a paycheck. When will they stop treating reps so poorly? Turnover is expensive so RC should get ready to pay pay pay. Sad thing is that people are afraid to talk and report the horrible things that go on with the perverts etc.

Up until this year I never felt that I was being pushed out the door. I feel that way now. I had 3 years of great reviews, good field reports and now I suck? I wonder how many of us will tell the truth when we have our exit interview. I will.

Are you talking about a 15% of the total company or just the sales force ?

I'm fairly sure that most posts on here refer to the sales division. This company has become worse than Hills!
