The quota's are unattainable, prices are very unrealistic, and there rednecks from North Carolina. Get real. I wouldn't work here.
Don't do it even if desperate...they have zero clue on setting reachable quotas, you will never see a raise on base salary no matter how long you have been with company, they act like they listen to your concerns and ideas, but it is just to pacify you. And finally they will always sell you on how fair and great they are to you and how you should value being a part of the family. Even the most tenured and decorated reps are miserable.
Everyone is miserable. No pellets and no real information. Bacon is useless and HQ is starting to notice. Morale is down.. Big party to look forward to though on new HQ dime!!
After the way they are screwing with bonuses and cannot get their manufacturing to produce enough pellets to catch up with the gigantic back order, best believe there are going to be a lot more territories opening up. Then they won't be just having to sell pellets, they will have to sell to potential new hires why they can't get their crap together. Ed and Charlie have taken a successful product and culture and destroyed it in a year's time. Keep up the good work Actient.
