Instead of focusing on the failing business he is managing, Jeff spends his days online Googling his employees, checking out their Facebook and LinkedIn pages, finding out how is posting about Intra-Lock and responding to those numerous posts. It seem that a better use of his time would be to address the miserable and ongoing failure of the company and product line he gets paid to manage.
