Why is everybody either leaving or looking to leave?

It seems that everyone that I am talking to has accepted another job or are leaving? Very sad.

Are you kidding, have you seen your goals lately? Sure they are attainable!!!

 

It IS because of the goals (unless you are a low volume territory). Those people are happy.

 

I left over a year ago because I saw the writing on the wall with the way this wonderful company handled the launch of pennsaid and exalgo. Can you give any insight into what new levels of bullshit they are pulling?

 

Leaving because of illegal HR practices combined with unreachable GOALS! They aren't goals they are pipe dreams!

The goals are not attainable and people are afraid of losing their jobs. They watch their friends go to another company where they do not have to deal with the constant instability of this company and they want that for themselves. That was my reason for leaving.

 

Because this is a witch hunt company. They target people and place them on PIPs and CAPs with no justification. Sometimes it's because they are gay, DM doesn't like, RM doesn't like them, nothing justified and definately a company that violates EEO every day!
