that's funny only in how ironic that would be but just for the record, Peete has more character in his toe nail clippings than the whole executive team combined. to succeed in sales and sales management takes character and that's why the whores on the C team simply suck. They are only interested in personal vendettas at the cost of company's future. NPD is now a mess too. Future pipeline looks more and more like a colon. Steris now knows all this so it is only a matter of lining up the right replacements. There actually is hope for us in 2013.

Setting back watching the freak show CEO and all the so called Directors and Managers, I hope Steris lights a fire under all off them. They shouldn't be in those positions from Manufacturing through Quality. If it wasn't for the support staff the place would be a bigger failure.
Is it a freak show? or just a Loser Show? It was a loser move to push Dean out. We all know it. All credibility is gone. What sucks is that KOL's around the world have seen what was done to Dean and they have lost respect for our company. We look like such an lame outfit in the industry's eyes. It is a terrible feeling to work for a company run by fearful lawyers with no self-esteem. "Oh, I don't like to be challenged by somebody who knows more about the business than me, has 20 years more experience than me, works longer hours than me, knows 10 times as many KOL's than me. I will feel more secure if I just get rid of the guy. Company be damned. It's my ball, and I'm taking it home." What a childish loser. We don't want to see your face. We don't want to hear you say a word. It is time for YOU to leave. And take your beer guzzling side kick with you.
I'm glad to know others see the "loser show". Do you think Steris will run them out? I hope I'm around to see it, the blow hards that know nothing, got their title because god knows why.

Well, Q1 2013 has ended & do you see any "hope" yet? It all started going down the toilet when Colleen left. Couple that w/Dean’s departure, and there’s little if anything positive to say about this place. Dean & Colleen were the only ones with the passion for what’s right, although Jen V. & Tamara S. remain in the Dean/Colleen realm. Any appreciation for what D & C did for this place? Any idea how much money they made for this place/how much they added to MY income? Those two could be called upon any time of the day or night & they would respond. The customers loved them b/c they were REAL, reps loved them because they could TEACH and CLOSE in even the most difficult accounts. They were two of the only four (Jen & Tamara) that really epitomized “listening and delivering solutions.” Clean up the losers’ left @ HQ w/one of your disinfectants Steris!
