This is probably the worst place to pose a question but I don't know any RC sales reps and just saw the Bloomington, IN position opened. Just wanted some feedback on the quality of life here....I know several other threads have had a lot of negative comments but those could have been started by one person?

I checked online and saw the previous rep had less than 2 years experience at RC. Why did she leave?

When I type in RC I see a lot of people have left within 2-3 years....usually a red flag.

I already submitted my resume. Thanks for any honest answers.

Yes it's the worse place to come. Just what makes you think you have what it take's to join RC anyway?

What do you mean that you "checked online and saw that SHE had less than two years experience" ? Sounds like you know a little more than most of us! Perhaps we should be asking you why she left? Just a thought.

The question is: How did this person know? They asked questions and said they didn't know any RC reps......are u people stupid? This is an HR...oh...excuse me, P &O person digging for information! Now I know I work with a bunch of idiots!

Hey I'll take this one. The person left for a much better opportunity, better pay and a better way of life. Sure, they say the grass is always (never) greener. Has anyone talked to an ex-RC employee that is in a worse place? The ones that left voluntarily?

    Well. 'Nuff said.

You would like honesty hm? Well, let me offer it to you!

RC does an amazing job of the "bait and switch". They talk about their products, their passion, how they believe in a work/life balance, how you are part of the family, and the list goes on.
The truth? This is a recently small company adapting to growth and big company changes (Mars owns them), and they are doing a horrible job with it.

There have been so many inappropriate and unprofessional things that have taken place in the short time I've been here, and it's allowed to happen. You don't have to be a prude to be offended at this dump- there are no limits to what is allowed to happen here! And when you try to report it or ask for help? HR just goes through the corporate check list to make sure they do the bare minimum to help you, and you are considered to be a "red flag" for speaking out about it.

They've tried recruiting people from pharma sales, vet sales reps from other companies, etc....they leave. Management has been advised to dump all over you, regardless of your enthusiasm or accompishments. You may get some good people here and there, and some decent managers, but overall....it's a pile of garbage company.

I hope you are denied the position. Wherever your path takes you, it is better than the liars and cheats at RC.

It's hard to cage people in RC when they have a lot of options. Seriously, why would anyone stay if they didn't have to?

Doesn't HR, er excuse me "P&O", read their exit interviews? Or do they even do them anymore? It should "raise a red flag" when the people that actually have other options execute them instead of sticking around RC and letting their talent circle down the drain.
