Yes,,,no way to keep track who is using and who got the doc started in the first place,
70 of my business is ortho. Not soft tissue,,,,most soft tissue is lap stuff not painfully enough to justify cost

Tough break on the Ortho. If you're not going after plastics you're doing it wrong

i thought the direction was to go after soft tissue, not ortho or plastic? in other words low reimbursement minor procedures.

This is the problem--- not one person knows what in the hell to do! They change their mind like changing clothes-- Run- leave- it is a sinking ship!

oh they know what they are doing (sort of). massage sales numbers, inflate stock price, sell stock like mad, force sales rep turnover, cut commissions, and try to get outside contractors to sell as part of their portfolios to reduce Pacira head count and expenses. They want to sell this company bad..........they are hanging on with a shell game financially until they get nerve block which may not be quite the blockbuster they think it will be.

So how can I pick this up for Ortho? I've got some solid connections through my stock and bill accts

Excellent. Give us all your connections, get the product in, secure a helmet firmly on your head to reduce the trauma from the shovel shot to the back of your head.

Come on. We all know this company wants to sell. Get it while you can. I'm not trying to make a living off it, just some xtra cash. Btw, you didn't answer the question. How are they doing distribution for Ortho?

Who is your new sales director? I'm at a company with Dave A. and it doesn't sound like it went so well for him at Pacira.

Dave is a good mgr. His managers underneath him total D bags.

D.Acheson is a great guy and well respected by those who worked for him!! The problem is higher in Pacira-- also, some regional mangers are clueless as to hospital representatives! The new representatives are not qualified and do not have the experience needed... Bad managers equal bad hires--- too many hands in the pocket. Looser and they treat the reps like ----
Pay scale is way below regardless what they believe.. Bonus is worse and not a clear picture to the figure. Running with your hair in fire

General 1q report. Q&A provided no specifics. The plastics never bought in - told you that 14 months ago. Shell game. We were down because of the flu? What a pile.

They still don't get it! Listen to the sales force not they other bone head yes people.

They will NEVER listen to the sales force here, don't you get it? This is merely a vehicle for DS, TM, and a few other cronies to make money off an inflated stock price. Luckily, the job market is good again and I am gone from this craphole cesspool of an organization. The managers here are so third rate it's laughable.

can someone please tell me how my wazzbrain of a manager stays employed? is it his brilliant intimidation techniques or stellar performance in front of key thought leaders? he waves his hands around so much, i'm sure it's to distract me from the lies. Or poor fashion choices?

Has to be the fashion choices. Sweater vest. Intimidation tactics are to stay employed. Smart enough to hire good people and ride them like a rented mule. After a year and a half they have just worn us down.
