So I have heard too many things and opinions to be able to figure out what is real and what is made up. I am just curious if anyone has insight into this contract. I know there is a contract sales team in place but I have not heard of any new positions being filled or if the contract is going to end as planned in June. Getting an answer from Publicis is almost impossible and I am curious if the current reps are looking for new jobs or if they think the contract will be extended through the end of the year or longer.

I am from the UK and left recently. Our sales force went over to an agency, like a US equivalent of rent a rep. OK if you just left college and need a job or got made redundant and have bills to pay. But not a good place to be or stay. Jobs are the sort where what you carry in your bag can change at the drop of a hat, so no long term certainty or continuity. I think Novo own Archimedes and some of their sales teams have also gone over to the same rent a rep company. My guess? It's an interim plan while they decide what to do with the business. This is not a good place to be in or have on your CV so I would get looking. A lot of us did and are now elsewhere in pharma and much happier. Good luck.

Anything Publicis touches goes to shit. This is no exception. Worst contract company ever. They don't have the talent in upper management to make a contract work. A bunch of flunkies past their prime.

I am speaking from experience here. Publicis is the worst contract company out there. I have no clue how they are still in business. The people at 'corporate' are a joke. They can't be honest about anything. I love how the details of the contract are always in 'negotiations' and they never pay out the bonus they promise or in a timely manner. Everything they touch will eventually go to crap. Not sure where they get their people from, but you can tell none of them were successful in other companies. I don't know much about the Archimedes contract, but I have heard they have WW running the show there. What a joke she is. My advice is to take Publicis off of your resume and start looking for a better position. There are always tons of companies looking for good reps, and if you can get through an interview, you can get a job. Stay away from WW and Publicis and do yourself a favor.
