    I would like to congratulate MARS & Royal Canin on the IMMEDIATE response they made to the disaster relief efforts in the mid-west. By partnering with all subsidiaries within MARS we are bringing much needed help and relief to the pet owners and pets whose lives will be forever affected by a Level 5 tornado. This is what our Pet's First philosophy is all about.

    So for those of you who have nothing but hateful things to say about Royal Canin Vet...here's a reality check. It's not about you, it's about all of the pet's whose lives we impact and save/improve every day. So, if you're not happy "selling dog food" and feel it's beneath you/a career killer, than this is not the right job for you and you're better off being happy somewhere else. You're not being forced to stay. Same thing for your thoughts on management. If you're not happy with your manager than resign because you're not doing RC or your clients/pets any good with you're negative attitude.

    Signed a very happy RC vet employee.

    LOSER=MANAGER

    The original message has to be one of those incompetent managers that was promoted. No one else would ever hire them, let alone promote them. Maybe instead of DMs leaving because of their manager, maybe the manager should look at himself/herself and try to be a better person. Don't blame the DM. The negativity is coming from above. Look in the mirror.

    From what I am hearing from people who have left or are trying to leave, the problem is management. If the one you report to is not supportive and following the orders from above, it shows they have no backbone or even the slightest bit of care or concern for the reps under them. The manager that I have is the only reason that I am looking to get out.

    You are an absolute moron. You brainwashed little Kool-Aid drinking loser. Do you REALLY think it's difficult for MARS to donate food, money, and other resources to disaster victims? Do you think this is amazing publicity for them? Yes. Yes it is. A "pat on their own back" so to speak? Of COURSE they do charitable things you half-wit. It's nice. It's makes them look good. It's the right thing to do. Do you have any idea how profitable RC (MARS) is? Ever wonder why your paycheck is lower than all the others in this industry?
    Let me offer you a business education, as a personal favor. This company, their profits, and the well-being of all of these animals you describe.....? It IS ABOUT YOU. Your hard work. Your efforts. Your love of animals. All of those things matter, because it's what DRIVES REVENUE. Therefore, my favorite new idiot friend, the treatment you receive by your management and the company is VERY, VERY important. What a self-promoting piece of work you are. You're welcome for the education.
