Oh aren't you the wise ass? Um ALL of the labs are at one time or another in trouble for something and at least UNLIKE our competitors like Ameritox and Calloway we arent being sued for insurance fraud! Two disgruntal employees leave, let the "wah" party continue. They are called allegations, not PROVEN.

But a doctor receiving over 700k in kickbacks is justified? Every lie has some truth behind it. So whether or not it is one bad incident or 1,000 bad incidents fraud is fraud. Or in ML case, kickbacks are kickbacks. ML isn't no where near the level to play with the big boys. Once they cut a deal with the DOI, FBI etc most of your force is history. I've seen it on several occasions but for good press it is called restructuring. Keep living your dreams man you'll be alright....

Its about appearance. They cut the pay because Medicare and other investigators are wondering why these reps, sales managers & exec are making so much money. All ML reps will defend their company cause where else can a twenty year old make 200K. Also, once your in, they make you drink the Kool Aid and you become part of the company cult. You don't cross the line, ever.. You have current ML reps deflecting accusation by talking about what other tox companies have wrongly done instead of looking within ML itself.

Are you kidding? A personal blog from a woman who knowingly violated a non-compete agreement? Anyone with a brain in their head knows the risk they take if they violate that agreement with ANY employer. And your millennium sponsored articles? This is hardly evidence. The judge in those hearings warned Millennium against their spin on the outcome of those hearings, but sleazy Millennium continues the spin. Nothing like that Reuters article, eh? You clearly have the same quality of data here as you do in your ridiculous ranges. Ha! They should do a false advertising hearing on that! Good Luck, Millennium. Federal Investigation suits you.
