How does Atrium's compensation plan compare to Davol, Ethicon and Covidien? I've heard Atrium compensates less than these 3 is this correct? Biosurgery Division specifically.
Depends on the Territory. Comp is typically 50K plus commission. Should make between 75-90K in a first year of territory, if growing second year should be more. Find out what the territory was doing and what the percentage payout is for your commission.
