I have applied to interview for a Key Accounts Manager position with 3M ESPE. Can someone give me some tips on what it would take to nail that interview? I have wanted to work for 3M for some time now and I have years of healthcare sales experience. Thank you.

Like all companies in this market, 3M is taking advantage of a buyers market in sales people. I had an inside contact at 3M that tried to get me interviewed, but, said they heavily weighted towards folks with dental sales experience and there was no shortage of experienced denatl reps with good track records to interview.
Be kind..and considerate. Someday soon YOU might be the one on the outside looking in trying to find a job.
