What an insightful post... Did you copy your manager on it so you could show them how motivated you are?

There is nothing wrong with being critical of the organization that you work for. I would suggest that those who are critical probably care more about the company than people like you. The last thing we need is a sales force like you who just stick there head up their managers ass and say everything is fine when it is not. This is a fundamental flaw of the culture at Ethicon.

Now go work on your pet project and send out some success stories. Put your initials at the bottom of each email even though you have a signature at the bottom, as well as your texts. Add that you are a field sales trainer to your email signature. Use the terms big picture, bullish, transparent, cautiously optimistic and "hugs and high fives."

 

What about "Conversation." That has always cracked me up! Oh, you have an extremely competitive doc? I don't mind having that "conversation" with him.

Like you are going to go in there and straighten his ass out or something. So funny. It's like you are the dad and you are aout to scold your 8 year old son.

 

Sounds like you need some hugs and high-fives!!

 

I think the new name for the company should be Ethicon Recall device Care
