This place is getting really hard to work at. All I here from others around the company is micro managers are worried about call metrics (MBO). I have been in Presidents Club a couple times and some of my colleagues, and we are all blown away by the the leadership in this company. This used to be a great place to work. Most of these DMs and RDs are completely clueless. We have seen a lot of great reps leave or get terminated cause of stupid shit. Big Pharma here we come.
5 products + very little bonus= hell They got to do something about our bonus structure and managers.

Rolled In! They keep dangling that carrot! They are getting a great deal by keeping us on contract. What incentive do they have to roll us in? They would be giving up a company car, a corporate card, a raise, stock options, etc.. What a bargain!
