CCA, innovative? The only changes I see are the addition of the TAM role. The MSLs sure the hell are not doing anything different, or anything at all for that matter.

I dont see any blaming here. Its just a fact. For all the lip service, CCA is not innovative, and it has changed nothing. Addition of the TAM is the only difference.
Get real. CCA was just code for reorg. Sales are down and corp had to take down head count. What can TAM do anyway?
