It is a difficult company to work for. What you are told about bonus potential is not 100% accurate there are some hidden kickers that you may not be made aware of. You are not allowed to take off anytime in the last month of any quarter NO MATTER WHAT. You are selling a Rx base BPO also. Try to get another opportunity, if you can.
