I thought we could have done it on a webex.

Nah, that would be cost-effective and have saved a million dollars... Executives can't stomach good management! Especially execs who drink a lot.. Where else can they get free drinks, free food, free hotel and spa?

I thought it was like being forced to go to a wedding you didn't want to go to. Once you got there you realized no one else wanted to be there either.

Did anyone hear any credible news on a sale or merger?

Stock up something is going to happen when the Cubist contract is done. Stay tuned.

Maybe they are waiting to post those stellar earnings since the sales have shot up?

Yea, sales have shot up because they stuffed the LTC channel with 30 days supply as we head into slow season. Just wait, any sucker that buys this company will see!

Way to keep proprietary info quiet. I was hoping no one would know about this and get a better sale price

OK Folks reading these threads make me nervous. Is this company really in trouble? I am currently interviewing as I'm out of work after being downsized. I really don't want to waste my time. Where can I go to get some solid information and not ranting from unhappy employees. Everybody complains and one time or another but I really need solid information on the longevity of this company. Thanks

Do your due diligence. Optimer has a good product, but priced it too high and now has problems with the former CEO and compliance officer being fired, sales are below projections and the company is on the selling block. Oh, and don't forget the stock transactions that are under investigation by the Dept. of Justice. A DOJ fine would be devastating to the company. Another company could buy it and clean house or keep the current sales force. Almost no one knows what will happen, and those that do know aren't talking. Stayed tuned for developments which may happen soon. Perhaps at the end of the Cubist contract at the end of July?

I wish the sale would go through already. What is the holdup?
