Why this company failed to weed out the problem managers since the last lay off?

 

Even before the layoff the


piss poor managers continued to chase away talented people.

They need to clean house.

Another 24% layoff is in the works and management will be weeded out this time around. This will take place before the 4th quarter of this year as some
product failures or setbacks could become more evident.

When will the realignment occur? I am hearring mid march, anyone?

 

The number seems too high, heard from quality management team that it will be less then 10% sometime around the January mark.

 

No actually 20% sometime in August.
