Well a modicum of effort won't build a plane in the air

 

Modicum.. Small amount, correct... However, a modicum is far more monumental as it directly relates to the size of the effort currently being deployed.. Am I crazy to think we can "rebuild" the plane??

 

Cannot rebuild plane that has already crashed and is currently being auctioned for scrap

 

Pilots flying the plane either were thrown off mid-flight or jumped themselves.

 

So it sounds like you are directing your comments ONLY to the sales reps? You must think that a group of workers can just get together and build a plane with no blue print, no plan, no strategy and no leadership. I'll take some of whatever your smoking.

Where is our CEO, COO, National Sales Manager, Marketing, MERL's, HQOL's or anyone else for that matter? They are either busy looking for another job or just waiting to see what happens like everyone else. Guess what, we went to San Diego which is where our home office is supposedly located and never saw it. Why not?

No one is happy about any of this but the sales force did not create the problem we just got sucked in by empty promises and lies and a leadership team that simply did not know what it was doing. We all took the risk and this one just did not pan out. Oh well.

 

Now that deserves an AMEN!

I have to agree with the aforementioned comment in respect to where the rest of the leadership has been?? The "rebuilding of the plane" wasn't directed towards our sales team only.. I couldn't agree with your sentiments anymore than I do.. We were all sucked in to the abyss of over promising and under delivering by a severly incompetent leadership team.. Pedro doomed us all from the start... He might go down as the biggest Jack-Ass of all time..

 

We are all stupid and it is all our own fault so take ownership of your situation and don't cry about the mess we are in. You must have all been a bunch of idiots and are all broke and looking for someone to take care you. Sound like a cry session. I made a mistake and so did you. So? Cry? Just sell

It really is ALL Pedro's fault. From the start he was a complete moron and had absolutely no idea how to sell into hospitals or how to create a sense of team and culture. He also allowed complete idiots like our current sales leadership to get power, give me a break! What we all signed up for was possible, who knew one man could ruin it all. Lesson learned!

 

He should have stuck with selling flea collars and tick medicine.
