when all you little crybabies get a life and do your job, you will realize that the vets have the same power that they did 15 years ago before the internet became a place to compare prices. Everything is available online and any company that says they don't supply the non vet channels is completely full of shit. (see Elanco, Merial, Pfizer). Quit bitching and realize that all these companies have programs that make the vets a more attractive place to buy flea/ tick, NSAIDs and everything else. If the vets chose to not embrace the programs, then we as reps will move on the the accounts that get it.

now feel free to rip my comments as those who are too lazy to do their jobs always do.

i wonder what the daily experience of a rep is like if they don't have Bayer written on their card. this year has been way too stressful with our goals what they are. anyone else experiencing that?

So I've been interviewing for a sales position with Bayer - seems legit but i wanted to ask what some of your opinions out there are. I have a good job now, so no desperate to make a move. Whats the day to day like? whats the reputation like? i seen from reading this board that Bayer reps aren't the most welcome, but they seem to be doing okay.

Whats the culture like, are you guys happy?

    Thanks!

Have you not read this thread that started over a year ago? It pretty much sums up the state of the union as far as BAH is concerned. If you are interested in calling on pet stores and competing for market share with a couple of dozen other companies that have just as good of products cheaper, new molecules, better marketing and leadership, positive work environment , etc, then look no further Bayer is for you. Also if your good job you are thinking about leaving is Wal Mart working as a greeter, then by all means come aboard, you will be stoked.
BTW, Veterinarians hate us and we are losing market share every day and just dropped another failed product.

Yes but didn't you guys just acquire another company's entire line of products? Having something new to sell has to be picking up sales and morale?
