Can anyone share with me what the base salary and target bonus is? I know this place blows but I need a job. Thanks

I can only tell you what it used to be.....base was around 100K depending on where you lived in the country. I think when they started hiring all the new people they may have made it less - I don't really know. Bonus was supposedly about 40K at plan. In the last few years a lot of folks made BOATLOADS of bonus, but I know that this year people are definitely not. Even past top performers due to the fact that they added a bunch of reps, shrunk all the territories and increased the goals. Supposedly there is great new data out there with fab leads etc but most of them are primary docs with no patients. Good luck to you. If you're out of a job, I'd say go for it, but be clear on what you're in for. Hopefully if you get the job, you'll get some stock options when you get hired, the company will get sold and they'll all vest and you can make some quick cash.

You may want to consider your offer if it reaches that point because that will be your value to the company going forward. There are no merit increases just cost of living adjustments. It makes no difference whether you exceed expectations or merely come close. Another way to look at it is; do you consider yourself better skilled and productive than you were 5 years ago? Well, it doesn't matter to VPHM.
