Not even the current reps in the field know the answer to this question. The massive sales transformation has left all in the dark. The VDS and VDC base pay scale is still TBD
Average is 41k-55k. The pay on the new comp plan is not different for base. They are trying to put a spin on it to show that you can move up levels in senority and get a bigger raise in your base over the years but no reps are going to get an automatic increase in base. They are however saying that you can potentially make more in commission. We will see.
I am interviewing for a IDEXX Digital Radiography Sales position. Any feedback? Every company has disgruntled employes and frustrated sales people. I have been in medical sales for 15 years. It is no better there. Pharma is down sizing and insurance reimbursement is going too kill the rest of the business. I am hoping that this is a good move?
