Something is gonna happen. There is not one bit of work being done, that w can tell in the field, to put together a team to sell the Anchor indication. We keep being told to get it done, go sell, the Anchor is coming. Build a big base of writers, sell 500+ ut take everything else they will give. BUT, it doesn't look like upper management is doing anything to prepare us for the much bigger indication.

I am very disappointed I came to this company.
