You had stagnant growth, then you met a fat used car salesman named Max. Obviously, Coop way over paid

CC wasn't fired, he got less responsibility for same pay. Pretty sweet deal if you ask me.

Yep he is the highest paid idiot ever. Just goes to show that even if you are completely incompetent then there is still a chance for you to be successful in life. The only problem is that he has to live with the fact that everyone knows he is a complete moron and he ran a perfectly good company into the ground. But a lot of money can help mask stupidity so I'm sure he is doing just fine.

So what exactly made buying Hawthorn such a bad idea?

Coop got closeted. His next gig definitely will not be at the CEO level. You all are forgetting about the 8 million shares he has.

Buying Hawthorn wasn't a bad idea. Overpaying for Hawthorn was. It took Max a year and half to find someone dumb enough to pay what he was asking.

His shares should have had no baring on the decision to keep him or let him go. Pearce could have sent him to the house, but instead decided to waste MORE $$ on him, and keep him around, and guarantee him a years pay if/when they decide he's no longer needed.

Interestingly enough, Coop now only owns 6.6mill shares. After getting his nice new contract, and taking a peak at 2nd Qtr numbers in late July (prior to anyone else having knowledge of said numbers), Coop wisely decided this would be the last time he would be able to get over $4/share for his stock, and sold 1.2 mill shares.

No surprise money ain't a problem for Cooper. His ego on the other hand is not in such good shape. About time somebody figured out his sketchy ways.

Lets get real for a second. Copper is in the past and there is nothing we as reps can do about it. YES, he has done good for himself and he left a bad taste in our mouths because he collected millions and will continue to do so and we collect a modest $40,000 base. Bottom line, Cedax will continue to grow at a steady base keeping the company a float for a period of time. It all boils down to Silenor. Cooper went all in with Silenor in hopes of making the company profitable enough so a big pharma company would buy us. Cooper is a stock broker at heart and its in his best interest to drive the stock price up so he can cash in and yes make us all a little money. If your a Ped rep its going to be a bumpy ride because it is out of your hands. Sink or swim with Silenor. Just my two cents. Please correct me if you think I am wrong.

Just a rep living pay check to pay check.

I don't think you know CC very well at all. I'll leave it at that.

You seem to know him better than anybody so please elaborate on your comment. I am not sure which direction you were leaning towards but it would be nice if someone could lift the clouds and shed a ray of light on who he really is and what he wants to accomplish. Like I said before, correct me if I am wrong with my earlier comment. This whole cluster F--k is subject to opinions because no one gets real answers. According to you I don't know him at all for better or worse so please help me form a more accurate opinion.

So glad to hear about coop and his band of dip shits. This is the biggest group of con artists I have ever met and worked for. The entire company was a total joke. These guys have lied about everything. They hid the numbers and screwed all the reps. I figure if you screw enough people, you are going to be on the receiving end some day. Good luuck to coop, brandon, jason, and his other shit for brains side kicks. Good luck finding another job when your horrible reputation is out there. I hope they all go straight to hell. So long ass holes.
