Worst aesthetics manager?

I keep hearing stories about terrible management in aesthetics. Who is on the top of the list?

 

The worst are gone. The few remaining will leave when a better job opens. It may be the worst job in the industry.

 

Yes, the cream of the crop are still at Valeant. That's the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.

All I know is that my manager is a DIP SHIT. Seriously. I ask myself daily - how did this person get this job? My manager never has ANYTHING useful to say... Nothing to add... Nothing to explain. It's sad actually.
