    what should i expect at initial training in san diego?

    it is awesome. great company, great training, very supportive just pay attention and put forth some effort

    it's a a joke. big waste of money. i believe it's 2 weeks away. if you've never sold in pharma before then it will benefit you, but if you have been in the industry awhile it is going to be very painful. They should save the money and cut it down to a week.

    I agree. Bunch of jerks as trainers who think they own the company and feel entitled to run the ship for the 2 weeks. Many of these guys started when the company was put together, and simply don't know any better how things are run elsewhere. Put many of these managers and reps in big pharma, any they will get spit out.

    So true, little league but a job. This companies stock has maxed out its growth potential. Sell your stock options in the next twelve months

    Why does the training take 2 weeks? what is covered? any free time in the evening? any chance of it getting shortened?
