1) they made a crap load on their options and retention bonuses and the year is up..take the money and run!! 2) Big Ego's are now not standing out in the crowd..GE is VERY BIG, with a lot of talent.. 3) Do not like working for a big Company 4) The TC/PC Market is changing ....the days of the 400k Lab Rep are gone 5) Who knows and who cares...

People are leaving for various reasons. Easier money elsewhere with bigger incentives. I heard from a rep the new company car- Fusion will go 150 miles on one charge. That limits one's selling area. Jump to another division guys within GE. Or go green in a Fusion!
